- The Beyond Today co-op has one room available. It’s a huge beautiful room that has a really large closet, a balcony facing the backyard, and windows facing the east, north, and south. It’s perfect for a couple or for someone who needs some extra space. The rent/monthly dues are $1000 plus 1/4 utilities. We are looking for potential future co-op members.
