Opening at the Waterside Co-op
We are looking for a new roommate at the Waterside Co-op.
We’d be very grateful if you’d take a moment and think if you know anyone who might be interested.
We need someone who is:
- awesome, happy, interesting, thoughtful, peaceful, cares deeply about social justice/environmental issues.
- a non-smoker, no pets
- a non-drinker or light drinker. no heavy drinking. no drugs etc.
- can integrate into our kitchen, meaning that they eat mostly healthy and sometimes not, can tolerate living with those who are not vegetarian and do cook meat, are into local organic foods, but not exclusively, neat, and enjoy cooking and sharing food sometimes.
- would be happy living 1/2 time with two other awesome children (2 girls: 9 and 13 yrs old) The house has 3 floors, so there’s room for privacy when you want it.
Our house is fun, joyful, connected to the community and local environmental and justice activists, super-interesting, respectful, and big enough to find your own space when you want to read or be quiet.
The cost is $650/month, including utilities, laundry, and internet.
